Week 3 is upon us!

Check out our build photos - the gallery is in full swing. The electrical team has the CANbus working and our new driverstation is looking sharp! We started migrating the drivetrain and electronics from the kit bot, over to our new base and will be building the lift mechanism starting Monday!

STEMpocalypse has been working hard on their robot and have the shooter nearly complete!


Team Meeting Update 1/4/15

We brainstormed and decided on a drive train! Below is an image of the Pugh Matrix. We also started brainstorming ideas for controlling the recycling bins which is our primary focus for this game. More to come on that tomorrow!

KICKOFF in T-2 Days!

We are looking forward to seeing everyone at Valders High School on Saturday @ 9am for Kickoff! Travel funds are due at this time - once collected we will be watching the live game broadcast and go through the rules with Droid Rage, James Bot and the Green Bay East Team before breaking into brainstorming sessions.

Upcoming Events!

Monday December 22nd at 8pm - FRC TOP 25 will be revealing a game hint on their webcast and have some fun planned with a few special guests!

Team Meeting December 29th - We will be meeting at Mishicot High School @ 5:30pm to finish up Shop Training to students can use the power tools and also touch on what to expect at kickoff!

Season Kickoff January 3rd @ Valders High School 9am - Everyone needs to attend, we will be watching the NASA broadcast with this years challenge and deciding on our gameplay strategy / brainstorming. There will be a potluck lunch - I'll be sending an email letting everyone know what to bring!


Training at Marquette University

For those signed up for the Marquette University FIRST Robotics Training, the bus will be leaving from Valders High School at 7am sharp on December 13th. Please arrive 10 minutes early. If you havene't already paid, remember your $10 plus a bagged lunch or money for lunch in their food court.


FLL Regional @ Lakeshore Technical College
Saturday and Sunday November 15 & 16th 8am - 5pm

Join us at Lakeshore Technical College in Cleveland for the the Lakeshore FLL Regional. This event is FREE to the public and you can check out all 3 levels of FIRST Robotics - including full demo's by FTC and FRC Teams from around the state. We hope to see you all there!


MANDATORY SIGNUP MEETING!!
Tuesday November 4th 6pm - 7pm

The 2015 Season Signup Meeting is Tuesday November 4th in the Mishicot High School Library. If you or a friend are at all interested in participating for the 2015 season you must attend the meeting with a parent or guardian! Please plan ahead - the only alternate meeting is the day before at Valders High School - entrance 'Q' on Monday November 3rd at 6:30pm.


FIRST ROBOTICS SEMINARS & TRAINING
@ Marquette University Saturday December 13th

This is highly recommended for both rookie and veteran members. Let Nathan know what classes you are interested in taking. The team will be carpooling to Milwaukee and back! More details and class listing/descriptions is here.


Shop Safety Training

Training to be able to use the shop equipment will take place Tuesday October 28th from 6:30pm to 8:30pm. This is a good thing to get out of the way before the rush of the build season!
